About the Recipe

Gold turmeric almond milk


  1. 1 cup almonds pre-soaked overnight, drained

  2. 4 cups filtered water

  3. 3-4 pitted dates, pre-soaked in hot water for about 10 mins then drained

  4. Splash of vanilla

  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder

  6. 1-2 tsp cinnamon powder

  7. Dash of salt


  1. Add drained almonds, filtered water and dates to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Using a nut milk / yogurt straining bag, strain almond milk into a jug

  3. Add vanilla, turmeric, dash of cinnamon, salt and mix well or blend again

  4. Refrigerate and enjoy with your coffee, cereal or bakes!
