Coffee and bananas for brekkie, tiramisu style!
1 espresso shot or 1 tbsp mushroom coffee powder dissolved in boiling water
1/3 cup rolled oats
Sweetener of choice
Banana and almond butter smoothie to top or cream or yogurt of choice
Prepare the espresso oats in a small jar or mug and set aside or in refrigerator to cool down (unless prefer hot).
When cooled down, add creamy topping to coffee oats and sprinkle with raw cacao powder.
I use a banana almond butter smoothie topping (frozen banana, almond butter, vanilla extract, milk).
