About the Recipe

Calling on Spring in the middle of winter with our refreshing, flavor packed strawberry and banana smoothie bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberry slices

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup oat milk

  • Toppings of choice: sunflower seed butter, berries, banana and granola

Preparation

Add ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Top with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
