Spooky pumpkin and banana smoothie bowl

About the Recipe

Halloween deliciousness in a bowl!


  1. 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned)

  2. 2 frozen bananas and more fresh for ghost topping (optional)

  3. 1 cup milk of choice (the creamier the more delish!)

  4. 1 heaping scoop of cashew butter

  5. 2-3 tbps maple syrup depending on how sweet you like it

  6. 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice or ground cinnamon

  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  8. Additional toppings here include Halloween sprinkles / eyes, granola, dried cranberries, fresh blueberries and melted vegan chocolate (warmed up chocolate chips + coconut oil)


  1. Add ingredients minus the toppings to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into serving bowl.

  3. If using chocolate, drizzle on top. It will harden right away.

  4. Top with additional toppings of choice.

  5. Enjoy!
