Pumpkin inspired brekkie in time for the holidays!

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  2. 2 tbsp maple syrup

  3. 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin

  4. 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  5. 1 cup liquid of choice

  6. 1 chopped up banana

  7. handful cacao nibs

  8. dash of cinnamon and nutmeg (or pumpkin spice)

  9. handful fresh berries (i use strawberries and blueberries here)

Preparation

  1. Pour oats into a jar along with liquid of choice and spices. Close lid and refrigerate overnight.

  2. When ready to serve, to a clean jar or bowl, add yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, overnight oats, mashed banana, cacao nibs, followed by fresh fruit of choice.
