Delicious pomegranate, berry and beet smoothie!
1 cup frozen strawberries
Most of 1 pomegranate (about 1.5 - 2 cups)
1/4 cups cooked beets
handful raw unsalted cashews
2-3 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds and more to top
1 frozen banana
Blend until smooth. You can add ice if into icy / sorbet-like texture. Enjoy!
