Hot pink pitaya bowl with berry frost just like NY's mid-winter blizzard!
Ingredients
1 pack (100 g) frozen pink pitaya
1/2 cup frozen white pitaya
1/2 cup frozen cauli rice (pre-cooked/steamed cauliflower)
1 frozen banana,
1 tbsp raw cashews
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup cold coconut milk or cream
Preparation
Add ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
Top with hulled hemp seeds, frozen berries and fresh mint leaves.
Tip: To get the frosty frozen berry look, take berries out of freezer and let sit uncovered for a few mins to allow frost to form, before using as topping.
