Sweet and juicy persimmon oats!

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 tbsp old fashioned rolled oats

  2. 2 tbsp poppy seeds

  3. 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat with the cream)

  4. 1 persimmon

  5. Sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Prep your overnight oats and seeds by incorporating oats, seeds, sweetener (and flavouring if using) and milk into a jar. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. When ready to serve, line jar up with persimmon slices, overnight oat/seed mixture and fresh fruit of choice.
