About the Recipe
Sweet and juicy persimmon oats!
3-4 tbsp old fashioned rolled oats
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat with the cream)
Sweetener of choice
Prep your overnight oats and seeds by incorporating oats, seeds, sweetener (and flavouring if using) and milk into a jar. Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, line jar up with persimmon slices, overnight oat/seed mixture and fresh fruit of choice.
