About the Recipe

Simple and delicious, this creamy blood orange oats and poppy seed brekkie will get you hooked!


  1. 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  2. 1/4 cup poppy seeds

  3. Few slices of fresh strawberries (or other fruit of choice)

  4. 1/2 blood orange

  5. Sweetener of choice

  6. 1 can full fat coconut milk


  1. Add the oats, seeds, milk, sweetener, strawberries (or other fruit), juice and peel of 1 wedge of blood orange into a large jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. When ready to serve, squeeze juice of remaining half orange, remove peel from jar and serve topped with more fruit or other toppings of choice.
