Easy homemade cashew milk. Creamy and delicious!
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
2 cups filtered water
2-3 pitted dates
Splash of vanilla extract
Optional: cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom for additional benefit and flavoring
Preparation
Soak cashews overnight
Drain, wash and drain cashews
Add cashews to a high power blender and add 4 cups of filtered water
Blend until milky/smooth
Use a nut milk bag to strain
Reserve cashew meal (in nut milk bag) for brekky bowls or homemade granola mix
