About the Recipe

Easy homemade cashew milk. Creamy and delicious!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup raw cashews

  2. 2 cups filtered water

  3. 2-3 pitted dates

  4. Splash of vanilla extract

  5. Optional: cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom for additional benefit and flavoring


Preparation

  1. Soak cashews overnight

  2. Drain, wash and drain cashews

  3. Add cashews to a high power blender and add 4 cups of filtered water

  4. Blend until milky/smooth

  5. Use a nut milk bag to strain

  6. Reserve cashew meal (in nut milk bag) for brekky bowls or homemade granola mix
