Delicious cereal brekkie bites!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup golden grahams

  2. 1/2 cup mixed nuts and dried fruit of choice

  3. 1/3 cup chocolate chips (half of which melted with coconut oil)

  4. 1 scoop peanut butter

  5. 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. To melt chocolate chips, add into a microwave safe bowl with 1 tbsp coconut oil and microwave at 10-20 sec intervals until fully melted.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until mixture sticks together.

  3. Scoop into cupcake cup liners or directly into nonstick muffin/cupcake tray (silicon mold is easier to pop them out of).

  4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
