About the Recipe

Refreshing and immunity boosting cranberry and clementine juice.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh cranberries

  2. 4 clementines (or 2 oranges)

  3. Slice of ginger

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 1 cup ice

  6. Honey or sweetener of choice

  7. Optional: sprinkle of cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Throw ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Use a strainer to remove pulp (optional). You can reserve the pulp for other brekkie bowls/smoothies.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
