About the Recipe
Refreshing and immunity boosting cranberry and clementine juice.
2 cups fresh cranberries
4 clementines (or 2 oranges)
Slice of ginger
1 cup water
1 cup ice
Honey or sweetener of choice
Optional: sprinkle of cracked black pepper
Throw ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Use a strainer to remove pulp (optional). You can reserve the pulp for other brekkie bowls/smoothies.
Serve and enjoy!
