Delicious immunity boosting cooked oats

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup quick cook steel oats

  2. 3/4 cup water

  3. 1/2 cup almond milk

  4. Agave syrup

  5. 1/2 tsp tumeric

  6. Vanilla yogurt

  7. Figs to top

  8. Banana to top

Preparation

  1. Boil water in a small saucepan.

  2. Add oats and cook on low for 7 mins.

  3. Stir tumeric into milk, then pour over oats and cook on low for another 5-7 mins.

  4. Pour into serving bowl.

  5. Top with agave syrup, yogurt and fruits of choice.
