Delicious immunity boosting cooked oats
Ingredients
1/4 cup quick cook steel oats
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
Agave syrup
1/2 tsp tumeric
Vanilla yogurt
Figs to top
Banana to top
Preparation
Boil water in a small saucepan.
Add oats and cook on low for 7 mins.
Stir tumeric into milk, then pour over oats and cook on low for another 5-7 mins.
Pour into serving bowl.
Top with agave syrup, yogurt and fruits of choice.
