About the Recipe
Easy cooked oats with delicious and fresh toppings!
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract extract
Pinch of fine salt
Heat milk on stovetop on medium heat, add oats, syrup, shredded coconut and salt.
Mix until thickens then remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Serve warm with a splash of grapefruit juice and toppings of choice.
