Cinnamon overnight oats

About the Recipe

Overnight oats is our go-to breakfast. Super easy to prep and always satisfying!


  1. 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  2. 1 1/2 cups water (or milk of choice for creamier texture)

  3. 2 tsp cinnamon powder, optional: additional spices / powders such as nutmeg, cloves, ginger powder

  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  5. Dash of salt

  6. Sweetener such as maple syrup, honey or agave syrup (best to keep minimal and add as topping later)

  7. Optional: 1 tbsp seeds such as poppy or chia seeds

  8. Optional: 1-2 tbsp yogurt of choice for a creamier texture

  9. Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder (we recommend plant-based vanilla flavored)

  10. Toppings: Here we use quinoa puffs, peanut butter, strawberries and grapefruit


  1. Pour ingredients minus toppings into a large jar and mix well.

  2. Cover jar and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve in a bowl with toppings of choice.
