About the Recipe

Antioxidant-rich acai berry smoothie bowl. Refreshing, delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients

  1. 100g frozen acai

  2. 2 frozen bananas

  3. 4-5 frozen strawberries (large)

  4. 2 tbsp maple syrup

  5. 1/4 cup nut milk (or more for softer consistency)

  6. Optional: 2 tbsp protein powder or oat fiber


Preparation

Add ingredients to a high power blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of choice. Here, we use a mix of seeds/nuts and slices of naval orange.
