About the Recipe
Easiest yogurt dip, even the little fussy ones will enjoy!
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 cup yogurt (plain/Greek style)
1 mini cucumber, chopped into small pieces
2 tsp dry mint leaves
1/3 cup cold water (as needed)
Add ingredients to a bowl (minus the water) and mix well.
If too thick, add a little of cold water a few tbsp at a time until desired consistency achieved.
Store in refrigerator.
Enjoy with crisps / chips, grilled veggies or rice bowl!
