About the Recipe

Non-traditional pizza with delicious herby cheese and mushrooms


  1. 1 pack (11oz) thin pizza crust

  2. 1-1.5 cups chopped mushrooms (we use baby bella here)

  3. Fresh dill, chopped (about 1 tbsp)

  4. Fresh scallions, chopped (about (1 tbsp)

  5. 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  6. 1 pack Boursin Gournay cheese (here using basil and chives)

  7. 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  8. Salt and pepper


  1. In a medium size pan on stovetop, add a drizzle of olive oil and sautee mushrooms until soft/dry

  2. Pre-bake pizza crust per pack instructions (if required) on a baking sheet/tray

  3. When crust is ready, carefully remove from oven and spread 1 pack of Boursin Gournay cheese with basil and chives on the dough

  4. Top cheese with sautéed mushrooms, fresh scallions, cherry tomatoes and fresh chives

  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper

  6. Brush outer crust with olive oil for extra crunch

  7. Transfer pizza to oven. Just needs about 10 mins of baking time and it’s ready
