About the Recipe
Differently delicious and full of flavor!
1 toast (any type) cut into cubes
3 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 oz balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp zaatar mix
1 cup cooked beets, chopped
Salad veggies of choice, here I use tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, cucumber, hearts of palm
To an air fryer basket, add cut up toast cubes. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil and zaatar mix.
Turn air fryer on high and set to about 10 mins. Check on the croutons intermittently, and toss them around to brown on all sides.
To a small jar, add balsamic, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
To your salad bowl/platter, add chopped up veggies, top with beets and balsamic dressing.
Finally, top with croutons. Enjoy!
