About the Recipe
Avo creaminess makes for a special salad dressing!
1 semi ripe avocado
1 lime (or lemon), either juice form or fruit form, quartered & peeled
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup water or plain yogurt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chopped up yellow, white or green onion
A handful of fresh herbs (basil , mint, parsley work well)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until desired consistency achieved. You can add more liquid or yogurt to soften further.
Top on your fav salad right before serving. Refrigerate.
