About the Recipe

Delicious flavors of Christmas in a healthy oat gingerbread treat!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  2. 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

  3. 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  4. 1 tsp cinnamon 

  5. 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, 

  6. Dash salt

  7. 1/4 tsp baking soda

  8. 1 mashed banana

  9. 3 tbsp coconut oil

  10. 1/4-1/2 cup choc chips

  11. Vanilla extract  

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients minus the chocolate chips until well incorporated

  2. Fold chocolate chips in

  3. Scoop onto baking sheet lined baking tray keeping about 1 inch spacing in between then gently flatten down

  4. Bake in pre-heated oven (375F) for about 10 mins
