Delicious flavors of Christmas in a healthy oat gingerbread treat!

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix, ginger, nutmeg, cloves,
Dash salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 mashed banana
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/4-1/2 cup choc chips
Vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all ingredients minus the chocolate chips until well incorporated
Fold chocolate chips in
Scoop onto baking sheet lined baking tray keeping about 1 inch spacing in between then gently flatten down
Bake in pre-heated oven (375F) for about 10 mins
