Chocolate fudge (vegan) with biscuits

About the Recipe

Soft and delicious vegan chocolate fudge biscuit dessert.


  1. 115g tea/marie biscuits (about 30 individual biscuits)

  2. 3 tbsp cacao

  3. 1 cup choc chips

  4. 1 can coconut milk (full fat)

  5. 1/4 cup maple syrup

  6. Dash of salt

  7. 1 tsp vanilla


  1. To medium saucepan add coconut milk, stir until just about boiling then add cocoa, mix well while stirring on low heat.

  2. Add vanilla, dash of salt and chocolate chips. Stir for additional few mins until starts to thicken.

  3. Set aside while prepping biscuits.

  4. Halve or quarter biscuits in a bowl. Pour part of the chocolate fudge. Mix to coat then repeat as many times needed until biscuits/chocolate fudge run out. Note:

  5. Pack biscuit mixture into a tray or tupperware of choice. You can line a tray with parchment paper if plan to transfer biscuit mixture out later.

  6. Pour remaining chocolate fudge on top before storing in freezer or fridge (several hours to set).

We poured extra fudge into pop molds for chocolate fudge ice cream.
