Almond flour pie crust with vanilla yogurt filling

About the Recipe

Easy vegan almond flour pie crust. I've used this crust recipe a million times over!


For the crust,

  1. 3/4 cups almond flour

  2. 2 tbsp maple syrup

  3. 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  4. dash of salt

  5. 1.5-2 tbsp coconut oil (start with little and add more as needed)

  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients minus the cinnamon in a bowl until crumb like and sticky enough to mold into a pie mold.

  2. Grease mold before filling, poke holes with fork so it doesn’t puff up, sprinkle the cinnamon all over, then bake for 10-15 mins at 375F (you might not even need to wait for the oven to preheat).

  3. Remove from oven when crust begins to brown (~12 min mark). Remember this can be eaten pretty much raw so you don’t need to bake it much!

  4. Fill with filling of choice, I opted for vanilla yogurt (vegan), caramelized walnuts and fresh figs! I use thyme leaves for decoration.
